Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of apps published by Roci Mesh Labs ("we", "us", "our"), including ArcFast. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our apps or their source code.

App Description

ArcFast is a fasting tracker that operates entirely offline. All data — including fasting sessions, streaks, goals, and settings — is stored locally on your device. We have no servers, no user accounts, and no ability to access your data. The app does not require an internet connection to function.

Health Disclaimer

ArcFast is not medical advice. The app provides fasting timers, streak tracking, and general metabolic phase information for educational purposes. This information is for educational and motivational purposes only.

Do not use ArcFast as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a history of eating disorders.

We make no claims about the health benefits of fasting. Metabolic phase indicators are approximations based on general research and may not reflect your individual physiology.

No Warranty

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with all devices. We do not guarantee the accuracy of metabolic phase information or any health-related content displayed in the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roci Mesh Labs and its affiliates, officers, and developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or health outcomes arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our apps
• Any health decisions made based on information displayed in our apps
• Loss of locally stored data due to device failure, app deletion, or OS updates
• Any unauthorized access to your device

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Data and Offline Nature

• We cannot recover lost data. If you delete the app or lose your device, your data is gone.
• We cannot provide backups. There is no cloud sync, export, or backup feature.
• We cannot access your data. We have no mechanism to view, modify, or retrieve anything stored on your device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our apps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manitoba, Canada.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court in your jurisdiction if your claim qualifies.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Roci Mesh Labs regarding the use of our apps, superseding any prior agreements.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license to use our apps at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the app. The sections on No Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Severability survive termination.
